Why is the government ready to create new weapons of war?
I need to know for research in school
The answer is the same for all institutions, industries, enterprises and that is to refine, improve and innovate new processes, products ("weapons") to improve your game in case the army is developing new weapons by replacing the old and probably more expensive to use more dangerous to solidi (not necessarily those who receive it). We are America, we do not lose the war games we have obtained so that the best toys and the best manufacturers of toys (Israelis are helping us a lot).
